Brittny Vollmer, Founder and Clinical Director of Optimal Mind & Wellness, specializes in psychiatry and family medicine, working with patients of all ages. She is dedicated to helping individuals heal from the inside out by addressing the root causes of both physical and psychological symptoms. With more than a decade of clinical experience and firsthand understanding of the profound effects of mold toxicity, Lyme disease, and PANS/PANDAS, she guides patients toward meaningful, lasting wellness. Brittny blends clinical expertise with deep empathy to create personalized care plans that honor each patient’s unique story and support true, long-term health.
